These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Honda ES Shift Kit website at hondaesshiftkit.com ("Site") and your purchase of products from Honda ES Shift Kit ("HESSK", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Orders
All products sold by HESSK are aftermarket ATV parts designed as electrical bypass kits for Honda ATV electric shift systems. By ordering, you confirm that:
- You have verified compatibility with your specific ATV year, model, and trim level.
- You understand the product is an aftermarket modification kit not manufactured by or affiliated with Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
- Installation is at your own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing the Install Guide before ordering.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or financial account information. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Warranty
We stand behind our products. If your kit is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the defective item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Returns of non-defective items may be accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging. Contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for non-defective returns.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HESSK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Installation Responsibility
Installing an electrical kit on an ATV carries inherent risk. You are responsible for ensuring installation is performed correctly and safely. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified ATV mechanic if you are not comfortable with electrical work. HESSK is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by HESSK or its content suppliers and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Honda® is a registered trademark of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. HESSK is not affiliated with or endorsed by Honda. Use of the Honda name on this Site is solely for descriptive purposes of vehicle compatibility.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly stated in these Terms. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Safety Warning
Never shift from neutral to 1st gear or from neutral to reverse gear when the engine is running over 1200 RPM. Never hold the shift button down for more than 3 seconds for any reason. Do not downshift multiple gears too quickly at high speeds. Not responsible for the installation, use, misuse, or modification of this product resulting in property damage or personal injury or death. Use at your own risk.
