Install Honda Rancher 350 ES Shift Bypass Kit
Honda Rancher 350 ES shift bypass installation
Rancher 350 ES Shift Bypass.
Honda 350 Rancher ES bypass angle sensor es shifter conversion ATV electric shift problems or wont shift.
Step 1
Locate left handlebar switch connector by following the wires down from the left handlebar control switch assembly to the plug connector. It is located between the 2 upper shock mounts on the front of the frame. It is a large green 10 wire connector.
Note : You MUST REMOVE the connector from the frame clip to unplug the connector.
Connect the matching shift kit connectors and plug inline with the factory plug connectors and re attach to frame clip.
Step 2 :
Connect the round 2 wire shift motor plug from the kit into factory plug plug on the ES shift motor and it DOES NOT have to be removed from the frame clip to unplug it
Step 3 :
Route harness on right side of top frame rail.
Connect battery leads from shift kit with red to positive and black to negative on battery.
Secure all wiring and relays to the frame away from hot or moving parts.
Its a Big Green Connector YOU MUST REMOVE the connector from the frame clip to unplug the two large connectors.
